I started vocal lessons at the age of 14 and singing very quickly became a passion. I began singing classically, finding that my voice was well suited to this style. I then joined a few different choirs including the Mid Herts Chamber Choir and the Hertfordshire County Youth Choir and spent a lot of time rehearsing with them and performing in venues like the Royal Albert Hall and the Barbican Centre. I loved singing choral music and Kelly and I would always sing pieces we’d learnt from choirs, together at home.
I have always loved Musical Theatre and would sing a show piece at any given opportunity, whether at school talent shows or with my local amateur dramatics group. At the age of 18 I went to college to study Performing Arts for 3 years and graduated with Triple Distinction*.
My vocal abilities have developed and as well as singing Classical and Musical Theatre, I now enjoy singing a range of different styles including Country, Rock and Popular Music. I continue striving to improve my technique and skill through singing lessons with a professional Opera singer.
