Throughout our childhood and teenage years we regularly went to watch concerts, gigs and theatre, developing a love and appreciation for live music and performance of all kinds. This exposure to so many genres and styles shaped our passion for music and inspired us to sing!
We trained separately with Kelly studying music at university and Bethan doing a performing arts course at college. Both of us are classically trained and have attained Grade 8 Distinction.
We are both strongly influenced by the harmonies of Simon & Garfunkel, The Everly Brothers and The Andrews Sisters as well as the country tones of Blackhawk, Lady Antebellum and Rascal Flatts, among many others.
We have always been interested in different vocal styles and are inspired by a variety of female vocalists, in particular the Classical singer Hayley Westenra, Music Theatre performer Kerry Ellis and Country singer Carrie Underwood.
We have performed at various different events, including formal dinners, weddings and vintage car shows. InTwo can offer sets suitable for these types of occasions, along with corporate events and parties, and more bespoke and intimate performances for funerals and elderly residential homes.
We are always looking to learn new songs and enjoy arranging pieces to suit our style and voices, meaning we can adapt and create sets appropriately depending on your event.
